What it does
Basic email automations treat every customer the same way, which means a first-time guest and a loyal repeat buyer can get identical messages. This add-on lets you filter who receives each automated email. You can build conditions around order totals, customer lifetime value, payment method, customer roles, location, purchased categories and custom fields, then let ShopMagic send the message only when those conditions are met.
The filters plug into ShopMagic's no-code workflow builder and work alongside its core automations and other add-ons. You pick a field, choose a comparison such as contains, starts with, greater than or before, and enter a value. Regex patterns are available for more complex matching. It suits WooCommerce stores already using ShopMagic PRO that want follow-ups and campaigns aimed at specific customer groups.
