What it does
Running a subscription store means sending the same kinds of messages again and again: renewal reminders, payment confirmations, notes when a trial is about to end. Writing these by hand takes time, and editing WooCommerce email templates usually means touching PHP. This plugin lets you set up those messages once and have them go out automatically whenever the matching subscription event occurs. It requires WooCommerce and works with WooCommerce Subscriptions data.
You build each automation by choosing a trigger, such as a new subscription, a payment, a status change, an ending trial or an upcoming renewal, then writing the message in a visual email editor. Subscription details like start and end dates, payment method, next payment date and billing address can be placed into the content. Delays let you space out reminder sequences or upsell emails, Twilio handles SMS, and ShopMagic PRO add-ons can add filters, customer coupons, manual actions and webhooks.
