What it does
Many store automations send an email the moment something happens, such as an order being placed or left unpaid. That timing is often wrong. A review request sent seconds after checkout makes little sense, and a payment reminder is more useful once a customer has had time to act. This plugin adds a delay step to your automations, so each email waits minutes, hours, days or weeks after its WooCommerce trigger before it goes out.
Everything is set up through an interface with no coding or theme edits involved. You can build single delayed emails or multi-step sequences spaced out over time, schedule promotions or coupon offers for specific dates such as Fridays or sale days, and view all scheduled emails in a queue. If a message is no longer relevant, you can cancel it before it sends. It requires WooCommerce and works alongside the other ShopMagic PRO add-ons.
