What it does
WooCommerce keeps a lot of useful data, but getting it out in a shape you can work with is often slow and manual. This plugin gives you control over what gets exported and how. You pick the data type, such as orders, products, categories, tags, coupons, customers, vendors, bookings or reviews, then choose the fields and layout you want. Date filters like today, this week, last month or a custom from-to range narrow the export to the records you actually need.
Once an export is set up, you can save it as a template and run it on a recurring schedule. Files come out as CSV, TSV, XLS, XLSX or XML, which suits Excel, Google Sheets and accounting software. Exports can be stored locally in WordPress, written to a fixed file path, sent over FTP or SFTP, emailed as attachments or uploaded to cloud endpoints. The plugin also works with more than 100 WooCommerce and WordPress plugins, including Subscriptions, Product Add-Ons, Bookings, Brands and Yoast SEO.
