What it does
Plenty of sites need to show where things are: hotels, cafes, airports, office locations or regional statistics. A static image of a map can't do much, and it rarely looks sharp on every screen. This plugin gives you a library of over 300 ready-to-use maps, including all 195 countries and every continent, so you can start from the region you need and build on it instead of drawing anything yourself.
Maps are rendered with the Google Geochart API and output as SVG and vector graphics, so they scale cleanly and stay crisp on retina displays, phones, tablets and desktops. You place custom markers on points of interest, attach tooltips that appear on hover, open lightbox windows on click, or link a marker straight to a page. It works with WordPress and Visual Composer, so you can embed and edit maps inside that builder.
