TMusers

elements.envato.com v1.1 Unlimited sites

TMusers is a WordPress plugin that adds a member directory to bbPress forums through Elementor widgets. bbPress has no built-in member directory, and this plugin fills that gap with card and table layouts you design inside the Elementor editor.

What’s new in TMusers 1.1

Version 1.1 · Jan 30, 2023 Latest
  • FixedFixed custom user meta key issue on v-card widget.

What it does

bbPress handles forums well, but it does not include a way to list your community members on a page. That makes it harder for people to find each other and for you to present who belongs to your forum. This plugin gives you widgets for building that directory in Elementor, which it requires, so you can arrange member profiles visually and style them to match the rest of your site without touching code.

You get four widgets: V-Card, H-Card, T-Card and User Table. Each presents member profiles in a different format, and the grids are built with pure CSS so they stay responsive and avoid JavaScript conflicts with other plugins. You can pull in custom user meta fields from third-party plugins, include or exclude specific members or user roles, and create single member cards to place anywhere on your site.

Best for

  • bbPress forum owners who want a public member list
  • Online communities built with Elementor
  • Developers creating forum sites for clients

Features

Four directory widgets

Choose from V-Card, H-Card, T-Card and User Table widgets to present member profiles in the style that fits your page design.

Customizable layouts

Adjust the look of cards and tables with a wide set of styling options so your member directory matches your site branding.

Pure CSS responsive grids

Grid displays use pure CSS instead of JavaScript, which keeps them responsive and helps avoid conflicts with third-party plugins on the same site.

Custom meta field support

Show custom user meta fields created by third-party plugins inside member cards and tables, so extra profile details appear in your listings.

Inclusion and exclusion rules

Include or exclude specific members or whole user roles from a directory, giving you control over exactly who shows up in each listing.

Single member cards

Create an individual profile card for one member and place it anywhere on your site, such as a team page or sidebar.

Mobile friendly display

Directory layouts and member cards adjust automatically for desktops, tablets and phones, so visitors can browse members on any screen size.

Questions about TMusers

Does this work without Elementor?

No. The member directory is delivered as Elementor widgets, so Elementor needs to be active on your site. You build and style the directory pages inside the Elementor editor.

Can I hide certain users or roles from the directory?

Yes. The plugin includes inclusion and exclusion controls, so you can leave out specific members or entire user roles, such as administrators, or build a directory that only lists the roles you choose.

Can I show extra profile fields from other plugins?

Yes. It supports custom user meta fields from third-party plugins, so you can display that information inside member cards and user tables alongside the standard profile details.

What layout options are available?

There are four widgets: V-Card, H-Card, T-Card and User Table. You can arrange cards in responsive CSS grids, use a table view, or create a single member card for one person and place it anywhere on your site.

Is TMusers free?

The code of TMusers is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.

Which version of TMusers is this?

Version 1.1, released Jan 30, 2023. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.

How do I update TMusers?

Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of TMusers automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.

What does TMusers need?

TMusers needs Elementor installed and active.
