What it does
If you write product or service reviews, readers want a quick summary they can scan before reading the full article. Building that by hand in every post gets repetitive and looks inconsistent. This plugin gives you a review block you fill in per post: score each aspect you care about, list the pros and cons, write a short verdict, and add a buy button pointing to whatever page you choose.
The plugin works with any WordPress theme and needs no coding. You can let it place review blocks automatically or position them manually, and you can adjust how the block looks on single post pages to suit your design. It outputs Google Rich Snippets using schema.org markup so search engines can read your review data, and the layout is responsive and Retina ready for phones, tablets and desktops.
Best for
- Product and service review blogs
- Affiliate marketers adding buy buttons to reviews
- Bloggers wanting scored summaries in posts

Questions about Ultimate Post Review
Will this work with the theme I already use?
Yes. The plugin is described as compatible with any WordPress theme and integrates automatically, so you can add review blocks without writing code. If automatic placement does not suit your layout, manual integration is also available.
Can I rate different aspects of a product separately?
Yes. You can add unlimited rating criteria to each review and give each one its own score. The plugin then calculates a total rating and shows it as a badge on the post and on blog listing pages.
Does it add structured data for search engines?
It supports Google Rich Snippets with schema.org markup, which passes your review details to search engines in a format they can read. Whether rich results appear in search is up to the search engines themselves.
Can I link readers to a store from the review?
Yes. Each review can include an affiliate buy button where you set the button text and the URL, which makes it handy for affiliate links or direct product pages.
Is Ultimate Post Review free?
The code of Ultimate Post Review is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
