What it does
Selling wholesale through a regular online store gets messy fast. Trade buyers expect different prices, quantity breaks and access rules than retail shoppers, and managing that by hand means a lot of manual work. This plugin adds a wholesale layer on top of WooCommerce. It works together with the base WholesaleX plugin, so you need both WooCommerce and WholesaleX in place for it to run.
Once it is set up, you build tiered pricing rules, including tiers at the category level, and assign them to specific wholesale user roles. Each role can have its own pricing visibility and permissions. On the order side, you get tracking, invoicing and status updates, plus sales and order reports. Multi-currency and tax settings help if you sell to buyers in other countries, and a wallet balance feature appears in both classic and block checkout.

Questions about WholesaleX Pro
Does this work on its own or do I need other plugins?
It needs WooCommerce and the base WholesaleX plugin. WholesaleX Pro builds on top of those two, adding the extra pricing, role and order features described here, so both should be active on your site first.
Can I show different prices to different wholesale customers?
Yes. You can create custom wholesale user roles and assign each one its own pricing visibility and permissions. That lets you give one group of buyers a set of tiered prices while another group sees different rates.
Can I set quantity discounts for a whole category at once?
Yes. Tier pricing can be configured at the category level, so every product in that category follows the same quantity breaks. You can also set tiers on individual products, and savings badges can show buyers the percentage they save.
Will it work with the WooCommerce block checkout?
The wallet balance display is supported in both the classic checkout and the block checkout, with the text kept consistent between the two. That means stores using either checkout style can present wallet balances to wholesale buyers.
