What it does
Announcing a product before it is ready to sell can cause problems. Shoppers may try to buy it early, or they forget about it before it goes live. This plugin lets you mark specific products as coming soon and set a launch date and time. While the product waits for launch, the Add to Cart button is hidden and a countdown timer tells visitors exactly when it will be available, so they know when to come back.
Because the plugin requires WooCommerce, it works inside your existing product setup. You switch coming soon mode on per product, adjust the countdown colors to match your site, and decide whether price and product tabs stay visible. Visitors can subscribe on the product page to hear about the launch, and you can write the notification subject and HTML content yourself. MailChimp support lets you manage those subscriber lists there. When the countdown ends, the product becomes purchasable without a manual edit.
