What’s new in WP Grid Builder Bricks 1.3.6
- FixedBroken page markup with the Products element when no products were found (WordPress 6.9+).
- FixedBricks WooCommerce scripts not reinitialized after filtering a Products element.
What it does
Building filterable content in Bricks usually means juggling shortcodes or custom queries outside the visual editor. This add-on brings WP Grid Builder into Bricks as native elements. You place a Grid element to display content and a Facet element to let visitors filter it, and both render visually in the editor while you design. That keeps the whole layout in one place, where you can see how the grid and its filters look together before publishing.
When a visitor applies a filter, the add-on fetches and renders only the matching elements instead of reloading the full page. Filtering works on posts, WooCommerce products, and Bricks containers, blocks and divs, so you can filter almost any section you build. It also works with Bricks archive templates and popup templates, supports Masonry layouts, and offers load more facets that trigger on click or on scroll as an alternative to infinite scroll.
Best for
- Bricks users building filterable blogs or content libraries
- WooCommerce stores designed with Bricks that need product filters
- Agencies and developers who prefer visual editing over shortcodes
Features
Create customizable content grids from inside the Bricks editor using a visual interface, with no shortcodes needed to place or configure them.
Add facet filters that let visitors narrow down posts, products or other Bricks elements on the page they are browsing.
Filters fetch and render only the relevant elements rather than reloading the entire page when a visitor changes a selection.
Dedicated elements handle filtering for blog posts and WooCommerce products, which suits both content sites and online stores built with Bricks.
Apply filtering to Bricks containers, blocks and divs, giving you fine control over which parts of a custom layout respond to facets.
Display and filter archive content within grids, and use filtering inside Bricks popup templates and dynamic content elements.
Replace infinite scroll with load more facets that bring in additional content when a visitor clicks a button or scrolls down.
Arrange grid items in a Masonry layout, so content of different heights fits together in a staggered, responsive arrangement.

Questions about WP Grid Builder Bricks
Do I need WP Grid Builder and Bricks for this to work?
Yes. This is an add-on that connects WP Grid Builder with the Bricks page builder. It adds Grid and Facet elements to the Bricks editor, so both WP Grid Builder and Bricks need to be on your site.
Can I filter WooCommerce products with it?
Yes. The add-on includes elements built for filtering WooCommerce products, and it also handles posts. You can place facets alongside a product grid so shoppers can narrow down what they see without the page fully reloading.
Does filtering work on my own Bricks sections, or only on grids?
It goes beyond grids. You can filter Bricks containers, blocks and divs, and filtering also works inside Bricks archive templates, popup templates and dynamic content elements, which lets you apply facets to custom layouts you design yourself.
Will I see the grids and filters while editing?
Yes. The grid and facet elements render visually in the Bricks editor, so you can arrange and style them as you build the page instead of placing shortcodes and checking the result on the front end.
