  • NewInline Connect buttons in the Form Builder Payments panel, allowing users to connect their payment accounts without leaving the form editor.
  • NewCompatibility with WPForms 1.10.1.

What it does

Many sites need to take a payment at the same moment a visitor fills out a form: a donation, an event registration, a product order or a service fee. This addon handles that inside WPForms, so the payment fields sit right in the form you build with the drag and drop editor. Card processing runs through Authorize.Net, which provides fraud detection and PCI-compliant handling of card data, and you connect your account by entering your API credentials in WPForms.

Once connected, you can set a form to charge a single amount or to bill on a recurring schedule, which suits memberships, ongoing donations and regular service billing. Conditional logic lets you show payment fields based on what a visitor selects, and the forms work on phones, tablets and desktops. Payment submissions are tracked in your WordPress dashboard, and email notifications and confirmations can go out to you and your customers after each completed payment.

Questions about WPForms Authorize

Do I need an Authorize.Net account to use this addon?

Yes. The addon processes payments through Authorize.Net, so you connect your own account by entering your API credentials inside WPForms. Inline Connect buttons in the form builder's Payments panel let you do this without leaving the form editor.

Can I charge customers on a recurring schedule?

Yes. Along with single payments, you can set up subscription-style recurring payments. That makes it a fit for memberships, monthly donations and regular service billing, all handled through the same WPForms payment form.

Can the payment form change based on what visitors choose?

It can. Conditional logic lets you show or hide payment fields depending on a visitor's selections, so someone picking one option sees only the fields that apply to them.

Where do I see the payments that come in?

Payment submissions are tracked and managed in your WordPress dashboard. You can also set up email notifications so both you and the customer receive a message after a payment is completed.

Is WPForms Authorize free?

The code of WPForms Authorize is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.

Which version of WPForms Authorize is this?

Version 1.12.0, released Jun 18, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.

How do I update WPForms Authorize?

Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of WPForms Authorize automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
