What it does
Many sites collect information through forms and then need to send it back out as a document: a receipt, a contract, a certificate or a simple record of what someone submitted. Doing that by hand means copying entries into a word processor and exporting a file. This addon handles that step for you by creating a PDF from each form submission automatically, using the data your WPForms fields already capture, including checkboxes, dropdowns and file uploads.
You start from one of over 40 templates sorted into four groups: notifications, documents, financial statements and certificates. From there, the live preview editor lets you change layouts, colors, fonts and branding such as logos, headers and footers while you watch the result. Generated PDFs can be downloaded, emailed or stored for records, and a smart tag can place PDF links inside notification emails. It fits any site already built around WPForms.
