What it does
Most WordPress sites need at least one form, and many need several: a contact page, a signup box, a survey, a donation page. This plugin puts all of those in one builder. You drag fields into place, adjust them, and publish. A library of over 2,000 pre-built templates gives you a starting point for common needs, so you can adapt an existing layout instead of starting from a blank form.
Beyond the basics, the builder includes conditional logic to show or hide fields based on earlier answers, email notifications when someone submits, and an entries dashboard for reviewing leads and payments. You can take card payments and donations, collect electronic signatures, and connect forms to email marketing services and CRM tools. Spam filters, CAPTCHA, honeypot checks and form permissions help keep junk submissions out, and forms are built to display properly on phones, tablets and desktops.

Can I build forms without knowing how to code?
Yes. Forms are built in a drag and drop editor where you place and configure fields visually. You can also begin from one of the more than 2,000 templates and adjust it, which makes it approachable for beginners while still allowing complex forms.
Can I take payments or donations through my forms?
Yes. The plugin supports credit card payments, donations and orders inside your forms through built-in payment gateway support. With PayPal Commerce forms, an entry is only saved once the payment has been completed.
Are all addons included?
All addons are included except the Google Sheets addon, which does not work in this package. Other addon features such as payments, marketing integrations, signatures and surveys are available.
How does it handle spam submissions?
It offers several layers of protection, including spam filters, CAPTCHA and honeypot fields. You can also set form permission controls to limit who is able to submit a given form.
