What it does
Long forms can look intimidating, and visitors often stop partway through when they see a wall of fields. This addon extends the WPForms plugin with a conversational mode that shows each question on its own, full screen, in a chat-style flow. It suits surveys, feedback forms, event registrations, job applications and lead capture forms where you want people to focus on one answer at a time.
You build the form as usual in the WPForms drag-and-drop builder, which includes access to over 2,000 pre-built templates, then switch on conversational mode with a toggle. From there you can add a header logo, pick a color scheme and choose a progress bar style so the page matches your brand. The layout works on mobile devices and supports keyboard navigation, and it handles fields such as Ranking, Camera, Signature and Map, with Media Library images available in confirmation messages.
