What it does
If your site collects leads through forms and your team works in HubSpot, moving each entry over manually takes time and invites mistakes. This addon handles the transfer for you. Each form submission goes straight into HubSpot, where it can create, update or delete contacts and companies. Setup does not require managing an API key, and you connect your account from inside WPForms. If a connection expires, a notice with a Reconnect button walks you through re-authorizing the account.
You control the details on a per-form basis. Map WPForms fields to HubSpot's default and custom properties, use conditional logic so only qualifying entries are sent, and assign a lead owner in the form settings. Smart tags let you add personalized notes to contacts, and file uploads from your forms are stored in HubSpot. The addon supports multiple HubSpot accounts on one WordPress site, which suits agencies or businesses with separate departments, and it works with the WPForms template library and other WPForms addons.

Do I need a HubSpot API key to connect my forms?
No. The addon connects to HubSpot without you having to create or manage an API key. You authorize your HubSpot account from within WPForms, and if the connection ever expires, a notice with a Reconnect button guides you through re-authorizing it.
Can I send different forms to different HubSpot accounts?
Yes. The addon supports multiple HubSpot accounts on one WordPress site, and each form has its own connection settings. That lets you route a sales form to one account and a support or department form to another.
Will every form submission end up in HubSpot?
Only if you want it to. Conditional logic lets you define rules so that just the entries meeting your criteria are sent. Submissions that do not match the conditions stay in WPForms and are not added to your CRM.
