What it does
Collecting sign-ups on a WordPress site and then moving them into an email tool by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Exported spreadsheets go stale, and new subscribers can wait days before they hear from you. This addon removes that step. It links WPForms with Klaviyo so form submissions go straight into your chosen Klaviyo audience lists, whether the form is a newsletter sign-up, a lead capture form or a customer details form.
Setup happens inside WPForms and needs no code. You connect your Klaviyo account, pick a list and map your form fields to the matching Klaviyo list fields so names, emails and other details land in the right places. Entries sync as they come in, which means a new subscriber can trigger a Klaviyo automation flow right away. It works with any WPForms form, from a short contact form to a longer survey, and you can add consent fields to your forms to support GDPR requirements.

Questions about WPForms Klaviyo Addon
Can new form submissions trigger my Klaviyo automation flows?
Yes. Entries are sent to your Klaviyo lists in real time, so a new subscriber can enter your automation flows right after submitting the form. That makes it practical to send welcome emails or timely follow-ups.

No. The addon works with any WPForms form. You can send data from contact forms, lead capture forms, customer detail forms or longer surveys to Klaviyo, depending on how you build your forms.
Can I control which form fields go to which Klaviyo fields?
Yes. Custom field mapping lets you match each form field to a Klaviyo list field. This keeps contact data organized and gives you the details you need for segmented, personalized email campaigns.
