What it does

Collecting email signups on a WordPress site often means exporting entries and importing them into your email platform later. This addon removes that step. You build a form in the WPForms drag and drop builder, add a Mailchimp connection, and map each form field to the matching Mailchimp field, including custom fields. When someone submits the form, their details go straight to your chosen audience. Name subfields such as first, last and full name can be mapped individually, which keeps your contact records tidy.

The addon works with more than newsletter forms. You can attach a Mailchimp connection to contact forms, quote request forms, surveys and other form types. Tags let you label subscribers, for example marking VIPs, and conditional logic lets you send entries to Mailchimp only when rules you set are met. Forms can also let people subscribe, unsubscribe, archive their record or request data deletion. No coding is needed, and entries remain viewable in the WPForms dashboard.
