What it does

Many sites need to take a payment at the same moment a visitor fills out a form, such as a donation, a product order or an event signup. This add-on connects your PayPal Business account to WPForms, so the payment happens right inside the form. You link the account from the WordPress dashboard with a step-by-step connection, then add payment fields to any form you build. Both one-time payments and recurring, subscription-style billing are supported.

Because it works with the WPForms drag-and-drop builder, you design payment forms the same way you build contact forms, and you can style them to match your site. Conditional logic lets you show certain payment fields or options based on what a visitor enters. You can collect billing and shipping addresses for order fulfillment, run test transactions in test mode before going live, and payment status is kept in sync with PayPal through webhooks. To avoid conflicts, it can switch off the PayPal Standard add-on.
