What it does

If your site collects leads through forms and your team works in Salesforce, moving that data across by hand is slow and prone to typos. This addon handles the transfer for you. You map each form field to a Salesforce object such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Cases, Opportunities or Products. Submissions then arrive in your CRM already organized the way your sales process expects. Conditional logic lets you decide which submissions are sent, based on how visitors answer.

The addon works inside the WPForms drag and drop builder, so you can set up the connection without writing code. You can link more than one Salesforce account to a single WordPress site and assign specific forms to each one. Data travels through the Salesforce API. Entries also stay in your WordPress dashboard, where you can view, filter, sort and export them as CSV or XLSX files. If a submission fails to reach Salesforce, you can resend it from the single entry admin page.

Best for

  • Businesses that manage leads and customers in Salesforce
  • Agencies building lead capture forms for Salesforce clients
  • Organizations running several Salesforce accounts from one site

Questions about WPForms Salesforce

Which Salesforce records can my form entries create?

You can map form fields to several Salesforce objects: accounts, campaigns, cases, contacts, leads, opportunities and products. This lets a contact form create leads, a support form open cases, or another form feed whichever object fits its purpose.

Can I send only some submissions to Salesforce?

Yes. Conditional logic lets you set rules based on what visitors enter in the form. Only submissions that meet your conditions are sent to Salesforce, which helps keep your CRM records relevant to your sales team.

Do I need WPForms to use this addon?

Yes. This is an addon for WPForms, so it works with forms built in the WPForms drag and drop builder. The addon also needs the PHP cURL extension enabled on your server to function.

What happens if an entry fails to reach Salesforce?

The entry is still stored in your WordPress dashboard. From the single entry admin page you can resend a failed submission to Salesforce, so the record is not lost and nobody has to type it in manually.

Is WPForms Salesforce free?

The code of WPForms Salesforce is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.

Which version of WPForms Salesforce is this?

Version 1.5.0, released Oct 22, 2025. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.

How do I update WPForms Salesforce?

Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of WPForms Salesforce automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
