What it does
Running an affiliate program usually means collecting more from applicants than a basic signup form allows. This add-on lets you design the registration form in Ninja Forms, using any of its default fields plus four affiliate-specific field types. You can keep the form short or ask for detailed information about each applicant. Only an email field is strictly required, since the plugin can generate usernames and passwords automatically when those fields are left out.
Once a form is submitted, the data flows into AffiliateWP's approval and communication workflows. If you require approval, the full submission appears on the affiliate review screen, and you can return to registration submissions later from the WordPress admin. Ticking a checkbox on a field turns it into a custom email tag for AffiliateWP emails. The plugin also works with Ninja Forms add-ons, so features like conditional logic, file uploads, webhooks or mailing list connections can be part of your affiliate signup.
