What it does
The standard Bookly booking form covers the basics: who is booking, which service and when. Many businesses need more than that. A restaurant may want to know about dietary preferences, a salon may ask about specific requests, and a fitness studio may want a few personal notes before a first session. This add-on lets you build those questions into the form itself, so the details arrive with the booking instead of through a follow-up call or email.
Fields are managed through a drag-and-drop interface, so you can add, edit, reorder or remove them without writing code. You can choose from field types such as text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes and date pickers, mark each one as required or optional, and use conditional logic to show or hide fields based on earlier answers.
