What it does
Most appointment businesses treat some clients differently. A long-time regular might get a better rate, while a first-time visitor might face stricter cancellation terms. Handling that by hand means adjusting bookings one at a time and remembering who belongs where. This add-on moves that logic into Bookly itself, so you define a group once and its rules apply to every customer you place in it.
You create groups from a dashboard inside your existing Bookly setup, then assign customers to them. Each group can carry its own booking conditions, such as limits on availability, booking times or cancellation policies, along with special pricing for its members. Group settings also cover payment options, including a default payment gateway per group. You can add, edit or delete groups as your client base changes.
