Easy Digital Downloads - Cross-sell & Upsell places those options inside the checkout process, where a customer is already deciding what to buy. You can point shoppers toward a related product or suggest a premium version of the item in their cart, and the offer appears as part of the normal buying flow.
Offers can be based on what a customer has selected, what they bought before and how they browse your store. You set targeting rules to control when and where each offer shows up, and you can adjust its look and placement to fit your store design.
