What it does
Running a digital product store and an email list as two separate systems means exporting customer data by hand and hoping your lists stay current. This plugin closes that gap. It automatically sends customer and purchase details from your Easy Digital Downloads store to Mad Mimi, so your mailing lists reflect who has actually bought from you. Because the data carries purchase history, you can write emails that match what each customer bought.
Once connected, you can segment your audience by purchase activity, spending habits or other customer attributes, then build campaigns for each group. Automation triggers cover tasks such as follow-ups, product recommendations and abandoned cart reminders. Integration settings live in your WordPress dashboard, and no coding is needed to set things up. It suits store owners who already use Mad Mimi, or plan to, and want product launches, promotions and regular customer updates to reach the right people.
