Some digital products should not be sold an unlimited number of times. You might offer a limited run of an eBook, a fixed number of software seats, or a release you want to keep exclusive. Easy Digital Downloads on its own does not cap sales this way, so store owners end up watching orders by hand. This plugin lets you set those caps directly, which helps control distribution and reduces bulk buying by a single customer.
Limits can be set globally, per product, per product variation or per individual customer, and you can apply a start and end date to a global limit. Everything is managed from the WordPress dashboard without writing code. When a shopper reaches checkout, the plugin enforces the limit and stops anyone from buying more than is allowed.
