EDD - Zapier removes that manual step by sending store events from Easy Digital Downloads to Zapier, which supports over 2,000 apps. Each event can start a workflow that updates records or sends messages in the services you already use.
Workflows are built in Zapier with no coding. You choose a trigger from your store, such as a new purchase, a completed order or a customer subscription, and then choose one or more actions in another app. Common uses include thank-you emails, CRM updates, spreadsheet rows, invoicing and Slack alerts for new orders. Order data, including the products in each purchase, is formatted so Zapier receives valid information it can pass along.
