What’s new in GP Conditional Pricing 2.0.33

Version 2.0.33 · Oct 7, 2026 Latest
  • FixedFixed an issue where conditional pricing rules referencing a field set to hidden visibility were not respecting conditional logic on Gravity Forms 3.1.3 and newer.

What it does

Pricing in Gravity Forms can get messy when one product has several prices. The usual workaround is to build multiple Product fields and show or hide them depending on the user's choices, which quickly becomes hard to manage. This plugin keeps all of those prices in one Product field instead. You define as many pricing levels as you need, and each level has its own conditions, so the form shows the right price for the selections a person makes.

The rules use the same conditional logic interface you already know from Gravity Forms, so setting up early bird rates, tiered quantity discounts, age-based prices or member and non-member rates follows a familiar pattern. For large price lists, you can import and export pricing rules through spreadsheets and edit them in bulk. It also works with complex field types such as Image Choice and Conversational Forms, and it can apply date-based pricing when paired with the Gravity Forms Conditional Logic Dates perk.

Best for

  • Event sites offering early bird or tiered ticket prices
  • Membership sites charging members and non-members different rates
  • Businesses selling products or services through Gravity Forms

Features

Unlimited pricing levels

Add as many pricing tiers as you need to a single Product field, so one field can cover every price scenario your form requires.

Familiar conditional logic rules

Each pricing level is controlled with the standard Gravity Forms conditional logic rules, making it easy to set up and adjust when prices apply.

Spreadsheet import and export

Import or export thousands of pricing rules using spreadsheets, which helps with bulk editing and moving rules between forms or sites.

Tiered and quantity pricing

Build quantity discounts and tiered pricing that change the price based on how many items a user selects or enters in the form.

Member and age-based rates

Set different prices for members and non-members, or vary the price by age or other user input collected in the form.

Date-driven price changes

Combine it with the Gravity Forms Conditional Logic Dates perk to switch prices automatically within date ranges, such as early bird periods.

Fewer Product fields

Replace a stack of separate Product fields with one conditional pricing field, keeping forms simpler to build and maintain.

Complex field type support

Works with more involved Gravity Forms field types, including Image Choice and Conversational Forms, so pricing rules can reference those inputs.

Questions about GP Conditional Pricing

Do I need Gravity Forms to use this plugin?

Yes. It is an add-on for Gravity Forms and works inside Gravity Forms Product fields. It adds conditional pricing levels to those fields, so it has no function on its own without Gravity Forms running on your site.

Can I set early bird pricing that ends on a specific date?

Yes, when you pair it with the Gravity Forms Conditional Logic Dates perk. That combination lets your pricing rules respond to date ranges, so prices can change automatically, for example when an early bird period ends.

I have hundreds of price combinations. Do I have to enter them one by one?

No. Pricing rules can be imported and exported through spreadsheets, and the plugin handles thousands of rules this way. You can prepare or edit your price list in a spreadsheet and bring it into the form in bulk.

Can prices depend on how many items someone orders?

Yes. Tiered quantity discounts are one of the supported pricing models. You set conditions on the quantity, and the Product field shows the matching price level for the amount the user selects.

Is GP Conditional Pricing free?

The code of GP Conditional Pricing is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.

Which version of GP Conditional Pricing is this?

Version 2.0.33, released Oct 7, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.

How do I update GP Conditional Pricing?

Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of GP Conditional Pricing automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
