What it does
Collecting form entries is only half the job. Once people have registered for an event, filled out a survey or made a donation, you often need to reach them again with updates, follow-ups or news about new opportunities. Exporting entries to a separate mailing tool takes time and splits your data across systems. This plugin keeps that outreach inside WordPress, so you can email form respondents straight from the admin using the email field they already filled in.
It works with any form that contains an email field. You pick the form, use conditional logic to filter which entries should receive the message, then compose it in a rich text editor. Merge tags pull in details from each entry for the sender, recipient, subject line and body. You can preview the result, save a draft to finish later and send to many users at once. Unsubscribe merge tags are available, and developers can use PHP filter hooks to add attachments or extend behavior.
