What’s new in Gravity Perks Entry Blocks 1.0-beta-2.37
- ImprovedImproved Block Editor performance by no longer re-rendering every block on the page each time a block is edited.
- FixedFixed an issue where selecting a block inside the Gravity Forms Entries block reset the state of every other block in the Block Editor.
- FixedFixed an issue where the value field in the Conditional Logic dialog could lose focus after every character typed when other block plugins were active.
- FixedFixed an issue where changing the conditional logic on a duplicated block also changed it on the block it was duplicated from.
What it does
Gravity Forms stores every submission in the WordPress admin, which works fine for site managers but leaves that data hidden from everyone else. This plugin brings entries out to the frontend. You place a dedicated entries block on a page, post or widget area, choose a form, and the submissions appear right there. That makes it practical for testimonials, portfolios, directories or internal team pages built from form data that changes often.
You can start with a ready layout such as the Entries Table for a quick list of submissions, or use the Entries Loop to design your own display from the many blocks the Block Editor supports. Entries can be filtered by date, user and other criteria, and sorted as needed. Gravity Forms Conditional Logic works inside the block to show or hide content based on entry values, and developers get PHP hooks such as gpeb_query_sorting and gpeb_user_filter_condition for deeper changes.
Best for
- Gravity Forms sites publishing testimonials or portfolios
- Teams managing submissions from frontend pages
- Developers building custom entry directories with hooks
Features
Display Gravity Forms submissions on pages, posts and widgets so visitors or team members can see form data without logging into the backend.
Let users or administrators edit and delete entry data directly on the page, which saves trips into the WordPress admin to manage submissions.
Use the pre-built Entries Table layout to get a clear table of submissions on a page with very little setup.
Build your own entry layout with the Entries Loop, arranging supported Block Editor blocks to match the look of your site.
Filter entries by date, user or other criteria and sort the results so readers see the submissions that matter for that page.
Apply Gravity Forms Conditional Logic within the entries block to hide or show content depending on the data in each entry.
Extend behavior with PHP filter and action hooks, including gpeb_query_sorting and gpeb_user_filter_condition, for custom queries and user filtering rules.
Questions about Gravity Perks Entry Blocks
Do I need Gravity Forms to use this plugin?
Yes. The plugin is built for Gravity Forms and works with the entries that Gravity Forms collects. It is part of the Gravity Perks collection of Gravity Forms add-ons, and it displays and manages those form submissions on your site's frontend.
Can I design my own layout for entries?
Yes. Besides the ready Entries Table layout, the Entries Loop lets you build a custom display using the many blocks the WordPress Block Editor supports, so entry content can follow the style of the rest of your pages.
Can visitors edit entries without accessing the dashboard?
The plugin supports editing and deleting entry data directly on the frontend, so users or administrators you allow can manage submissions from a regular page instead of the WordPress backend.
Can I show only certain entries, like those from the current user?
Entries can be filtered by date, user and other criteria, then sorted. Developers who need more control can use hooks such as gpeb_user_filter_condition and gpeb_query_sorting to adjust filtering and sorting rules.
Is Gravity Perks Entry Blocks free?
