What’s new in JetSearch 3.6.3.1
- FixedSanitize post meta values in JetSearch search results.
What it does
The default WordPress search is basic. It looks at post titles and content, reloads the page and offers little control over results. This plugin replaces that with an instant search box that queries posts, pages, custom post types, WooCommerce products, taxonomies, metadata and custom fields. Fuzzy matching corrects typos, and the search can suggest popular queries and personalized recommendations based on search history and trends, so visitors still reach useful results when they misspell a word.
You build the search form and results inside the editor you already use: Elementor, the Gutenberg block editor or Bricks. Results can display in List, Grid or Masonry views, matching terms are highlighted in the dropdown, and you choose the sort order. For stores, shoppers can search by SKU, attributes, availability, categories and tags. You can also design a custom search results page template and review search statistics to see what people are looking for on your site.
Best for
- WooCommerce stores with large product catalogs
- Content-heavy blogs and magazine sites
- Sites built with custom post types and custom fields

Questions about JetSearch
Do I need Elementor to use JetSearch?
Elementor is listed as a requirement. Beyond Elementor, the plugin also works with the Gutenberg block editor and the Bricks builder, so you can place and style search forms in whichever of these editors your site uses.
Can customers search my store by SKU or product attributes?
Yes. The WooCommerce search options let shoppers look up products by SKU, attributes, availability, categories and tags. Product results appear in the live dropdown and can also be shown on a custom search results page.
Will it find content stored in custom fields?
It can. Search queries can include metadata and custom fields, and the plugin supports custom meta storage, so content saved in bespoke data structures can be found alongside regular posts, pages and custom post types.
What happens when a visitor misspells a search term?
Fuzzy search and auto-correction handle typos, so a misspelled query can still return relevant results. The search can also suggest popular queries and personalized recommendations based on search history and trends.
Is JetSearch free?
The code of JetSearch is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of JetSearch is this?
Version 3.6.3.1, released Sep 16, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update JetSearch?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of JetSearch automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
What does JetSearch need?
JetSearch needs Elementor installed and active.
