What it does
If you take bookings through LatePoint and your staff also live in Google Calendar, keeping the two in step by hand gets messy fast. A booking added in one place and missed in the other is how double bookings happen. This add-on links the two so that appointments created or changed in LatePoint show up in Google Calendar, and changes made in Google Calendar flow back to LatePoint. The goal is one accurate schedule, wherever your team checks it.
Setup happens per agent. Each agent connects their own Google account from the LatePoint dashboard, so their appointments land on their personal calendar. It works for teams running several agents and calendars at once, as well as solo bookings. For remote services, the add-on can generate Google Meet links automatically, which lets you handle in-person and virtual appointments from the same place. It also flags potential scheduling conflicts so you can catch overlaps before they cause trouble.
Best for
- Service businesses using LatePoint for appointment booking
- Teams whose agents manage schedules in Google Calendar
- Consultants offering remote sessions over Google Meet
Features
Appointments in LatePoint and events in Google Calendar stay matched, with changes made on either side reflected on the other to help prevent double bookings.
Each agent connects their own Google account, so their LatePoint appointments sync to their personal calendar instead of one shared calendar.
Video meeting links are created automatically for appointments, which makes virtual consultations and remote sessions simpler to run.
When a booking or calendar event changes, the update appears across both LatePoint and Google Calendar right away, keeping everyone on the same schedule.
The add-on notifies users about potential scheduling conflicts, helping you spot overlapping appointments before they turn into a problem for clients.
Teams can manage several agents and their calendars at the same time within LatePoint, which suits businesses with more than one staff member.
Connecting and configuring Google accounts is designed to be easy, without needing advanced technical knowledge to get the sync running.

Questions about LatePoint Addon - Google Calendar
Does this work without LatePoint?
No. This is an add-on for the LatePoint booking plugin. It extends LatePoint by connecting its appointments to Google Calendar, so you need LatePoint running on your site for it to do anything.
Can each staff member use their own Google Calendar?
Yes. Each agent can connect their own Google account from the LatePoint dashboard. Their appointments then sync with their personal calendar, and the add-on supports multiple agents and calendars at the same time.
If I edit an event in Google Calendar, will LatePoint update?
Yes. The sync runs in both directions. Appointments created or changed in LatePoint appear in Google Calendar, and changes made to the events in Google Calendar are reflected back in LatePoint.
Can it create video meeting links for online appointments?
It can. The add-on supports Google Meet and generates video meeting links automatically for appointments, so you can run virtual consultations alongside in-person bookings from the same LatePoint interface.
Is LatePoint Addon - Google Calendar free?
The code of LatePoint Addon - Google Calendar is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
