If you take appointments with LatePoint and already use Square for your payments, this add-on brings the two together. Instead of booking first and chasing payment later, clients pay at the moment they schedule. Payments are processed in real time through Square, so the charge is captured as part of the booking itself. Collecting payment upfront can help with no-shows, since clients have already committed when they reserve a time slot.
The add-on supports credit and debit cards along with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the payment step works on phones as well as desktops. After the booking, you can issue refunds from within the LatePoint dashboard and let clients settle invoices through Square.
