What it does
If you take bookings for online sessions, creating a Zoom meeting for each one and sending out the link gets tedious, and a missed step can leave a client waiting. This add-on handles that part for you. Once an appointment is approved in LatePoint, a Zoom meeting is generated for it, and the link appears where agents and customers can find it, including the customer dashboard.
Setup happens in a few parts. You enter your Zoom API credentials, with OAuth authentication supported for the connection. Then you assign Zoom users to your LatePoint agents so each meeting is hosted by the right person, and you turn Zoom on for the specific services that run online. In-person services can stay as they are, so virtual and physical appointments live side by side in the same LatePoint setup.
