When a booking event happens, such as a new appointment being confirmed or an upcoming visit needing a reminder, a workflow sends the matching message straight to the recipient's phone. Messages go to customers and to the agents assigned to the appointment, so both sides know what is scheduled.
WhatsApp requires businesses to use approved message templates, and the add-on is built around that. It pulls your full list of approved templates from Meta and lets you pick one from a searchable dropdown that filters as you type, which helps when you have many templates.
