What it does
Running an event without a clear headcount makes planning harder, from seating to catering. This addon brings RSVP collection into the Modern Events Calendar setup you already use. Visitors can respond for themselves or for a whole party, confirm through an email verification step and get confirmation messages afterward. You can show how many RSVPs have come in and how many slots remain, and display attendee names as small name bubbles so visitors can see who else is attending.
Control is a big part of how it works. You can cap the party size per RSVP, require visitors to log in before responding, restrict submissions by email, IP address or prior bookings, and add Google Captcha to cut down on spam. Forms are built with a form builder, and settings can be set globally and then adjusted for each event. Logged-in users can view, change or cancel their RSVPs through a shortcode, within a cancellation window you define.

Can guests RSVP for more than one person?
Yes. Attendees can RSVP for a whole party in one submission. You can also set a maximum party size per RSVP so a single response cannot take more spots than you want to allow, which helps keep the event within capacity.
Can attendees change or cancel their RSVP?
Guests can modify their RSVPs as often as needed. Logged-in users can manage their responses through a shortcode-based RSVP manager, and you can define a cancellation window so cancellations are only accepted up to a set time before the event starts.
