Notification Scheduler
Notification Scheduler by Gravity Wiz is a Gravity Perks add-on for Gravity Forms that controls when your form notifications go out. Instead of sending every email the moment a form is submitted, you can delay it, set a fixed date, tie it to a date field or repeat it on a schedule.

What’s new in Notification Scheduler 1.3.21
- FixedFixed issue where the Reschedule meta box displayed an empty error notice after notifications were rescheduled successfully.
- FixedFixed issue where batch rescheduling removed inactive scheduled notifications.
What it does
By default, Gravity Forms sends notifications right after someone submits a form. That works for confirmations, but it falls short when a message belongs days later, just before an appointment or on a yearly anniversary. This plugin adds scheduling options to each notification so it arrives at the moment you choose. You can build onboarding sequences, renewal reminders, birthday messages, event updates or subscription alerts, all from the notification settings you already use.
Scheduling works in several ways. A notification can wait a set number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years after its trigger, go out on a specific date, or fire before or after a date a visitor entered on the form. Recurring notifications can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, either indefinitely or until a defined end. It works with any Gravity Forms notification event, including events added by third-party plugins, and you can reschedule notifications later, including in batches, without writing code.
Best for
- Gravity Forms sites sending reminders or follow-up emails
- Businesses running onboarding, renewal or birthday message sequences
- Event and appointment sites needing pre-event reminders
Features
Send a notification minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or even years after the event that triggers it, so follow-ups land when they are useful.
Pick a fixed date for a notification to go out, which suits one-off promotions, event reminders and other time-sensitive announcements.
Schedule a notification before or after a date entered on the form, such as a birthday, an anniversary or the date of an upcoming event.
Repeat a notification daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, and let it run indefinitely or stop after a period you define.
Change the schedule of notifications that are already queued through a Reschedule meta box, with support for rescheduling notifications in batches.
Scheduling applies to any Gravity Forms notification event, including events registered by third-party add-ons, so it fits into existing form setups.
All scheduling options are set in the notification interface, so non-technical users can build detailed timing rules without custom development.

Questions about Notification Scheduler
Does this plugin need Gravity Forms?
Yes. It is a Gravity Perks add-on built for Gravity Forms, and it adds scheduling options to the notifications you create inside Gravity Forms. It works with any Gravity Forms notification event, including those added by third-party plugins.
Can I send a reminder a few days before a date the user entered?
Yes. You can schedule a notification before or after a date field on the form. This suits appointment reminders, event countdowns, birthday greetings and anniversary messages based on the date each person submitted.
Can notifications repeat automatically?
They can. Recurring notifications can be set to go out daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. You can let them continue indefinitely or have them end after a defined period, so ongoing reminders run without manual work.
What if I need to change a schedule after entries come in?
Scheduled notifications can be rescheduled later from a Reschedule meta box, and batch rescheduling lets you adjust many at once. This makes it easier to adapt timing when plans or campaigns change.
Is Notification Scheduler free?
The code of Notification Scheduler is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Notification Scheduler is this?
Version 1.3.21, released Jul 28, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Notification Scheduler?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Notification Scheduler automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
