What it does
On many sites the footer sits far below the content, and visitors only see contact details or footer links after scrolling all the way down. On short pages the opposite happens and the footer floats awkwardly in the middle of the screen. This extension solves both cases by keeping a footer bar attached to the bottom of the window. It is built specifically for the OceanWP theme, which it requires, and it is set up through the WordPress Customizer like the rest of your theme options.
The footer bar can hold a menu and a line of custom text, which works well for contact information, copyright notices or short promotional messages. You pick the colors and typography for both the menu and the text so the bar matches the rest of your design. Menu items can carry opening icons, and you can hide the menu, the text or both on mobile devices to keep small screens tidy.
