What it does
Running a job board with WP Job Manager is simple until you want employers to pay for their posts. This add-on handles that by turning job packages into WooCommerce products. You can sell a single listing, a pack that covers several job ads, or featured packs that highlight premium posts. Each package can have its own expiration period, so listings stay live only for as long as the buyer paid for.
During job submission, the plugin shows every available package so employers can pick the one that fits. Checkout runs through WooCommerce, which gives buyers a familiar purchase flow and gives you control over payments, packages and user accounts. You can require checkout during registration or submission so each purchase is tied to the right account. Buyers then see their purchased packs on their account page and can track the listings they have left.
Best for
- Job board owners charging employers to post listings
- Niche recruitment sites already running WP Job Manager
- Agencies building paid job boards on WooCommerce
Features
Employers buy job packages through the standard WooCommerce checkout, so payment processing and orders are handled by the store you already run.
Create packs that let an employer submit several job ads with one purchase instead of paying for each listing separately.
Sell packages that mark job posts as featured, giving employers a way to highlight their openings on your board.
Set how long listings from each package stay live, so jobs come down automatically once the paid period ends.
Build different package options and price points to match the needs and budgets of the employers you serve.
All available job packages appear during the job submission process, letting employers compare options and pick one before posting.
Require checkout during registration or submission so every purchased package is linked to the correct user account for later tracking.
Purchased job packs show up in the user's account area, where employers can see and manage their remaining listings.

Questions about Paid Listings
Do I need WooCommerce and WP Job Manager for this to work?
Yes. This add-on connects WP Job Manager with WooCommerce, using WooCommerce products and checkout to sell job packages. Both plugins need to be on your site for paid listings to work.
Can I sell packs that include more than one job listing?
Yes. You can create multi-listing packs that let an employer submit several job ads with a single purchase. You can also sell single listings and featured packs alongside them.
Can I control how long a paid listing stays on my board?
Each job package can have a customizable expiration period. Listings submitted with that package stay live only for the time you set, which keeps the board current.
How do employers keep track of the packages they bought?
Purchased job packs appear in the user's account page, where employers can see their packages and manage their active listings. Forcing checkout at registration or submission makes sure each package is tied to the right account.
Is Paid Listings free?
The code of Paid Listings is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Paid Listings is this?
Version 3.0.3, released Apr 29, 2024. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Paid Listings?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Paid Listings automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
