What it does
Many stores have product pages with few reviews, and the ones they do have are often short lines of text. This plugin adds photo uploads to the review form, so shoppers can post real pictures of what they bought next to their rating and comments. Those photos give future buyers a clearer look at the product in everyday use. You keep control through review moderation, deciding which reviews and images appear on your site before they go live.
The second half of the plugin handles follow-up. It reads WooCommerce order data and sends reminder emails to customers after their purchase, with timing and targeting based on order status. You can customize the email templates to match your brand voice. The plugin also supports rich snippets for star ratings, works with popular translation plugins, and includes an analytics dashboard that tracks review submissions and reminder email activity. WooCommerce is required.
