Photographers and other creators who sell images through Sell Media often end up with a list of buyers but no easy way to keep in touch with them. This addon closes that gap by connecting your store to a Mailchimp newsletter list. Instead of exporting customer details and importing them by hand, you pick a list once and the addon sends opted-in customers there as they check out.
At checkout, guest customers who are not logged in see a "Sign Up for Newsletter" checkbox. Logged-in buyers do not see it, so returning customers are not asked again each time. You connect it with your Mailchimp API key, and it works alongside other Sell Media extensions such as Free Downloads and Stripe. It requires the Sell Media plugin and suits visual artists who want to send updates and promotions to past buyers.
