What it does
LearnDash includes basic groups, but running them for schools, companies or client organizations often means sending group leaders into the WordPress admin or doing the work for them. This plugin moves that work to the front end. Group leaders can add, edit and remove users, review assignments and essays, adjust learner progress and download certificates from their own dashboard. They can also email all or selected members and send password reset requests, so day-to-day group upkeep stays with the people who run each group.
On the sales side, it pairs with WooCommerce so organizations can buy group licenses with a chosen number of seats, pick specific courses or prebuilt bundles, and pay through WooCommerce Subscriptions for recurring billing. Seat counts adjust automatically on partial or full refunds. Parent and child groups with pooled seats support larger organizations, and enrollment can happen through CSV uploads, enrollment keys or forms from Gravity Forms, WPForms and Formidable Forms. Each feature can be turned on or off to keep the interface focused.
