What it does
LearnPress handles lessons, quizzes and enrollment, while WooCommerce handles carts, payments and orders. On their own, the two run separate purchase flows. This add-on joins them so a course sale goes through WooCommerce, giving learners a familiar checkout and giving you access to WooCommerce payment gateways, currencies and coupons. Both WooCommerce and LearnPress need to be active on your site for it to work.
Once connected, you can assign one or more courses to a WooCommerce product, add Add to Cart buttons to course archives and single course pages, and let buyers check out as guests. Course orders sync with WooCommerce orders, so you can track sales and enrollments in one place. It also works with WooCommerce Subscriptions for recurring course payments and can handle membership purchases from the Memberships & Subscriptions Add-on for LearnPress.
