What it does
Running a coaching or tutoring business often means a lot of back-and-forth messages just to settle on a session time. CoachZee puts scheduling on your website instead. Clients pick a service, choose an open slot and pay, while you set personal schedules, buffer times, appointment lengths, and group or individual sessions. Automated confirmation emails and calendar sync keep you and your staff on the same page, and a customer login area lets clients view, manage and cancel their own bookings.
The theme is designed for the WordPress block editor, with the Getwid plugin adding more than 35 extra blocks for building pages without code. Five demo templates cover therapists, driving instructors, life coaches, teachers and health coaches, and each can be imported in one click as a starting point. It handles multiple staff members and locations, so it suits solo coaches as well as private practices and schools. Optional extensions add things like PDF invoices, SMS notifications, video conferencing and extra payment gateways.
Best for
- Life coaches, health coaches and fitness trainers
