What it does
Spas and salons spend a lot of time on scheduling: phone calls, staff availability, reminders and cancellations. Lotus Spa pairs a calm, elegant site design with the MotoPress Appointment Booking plugin to move that work online. You can set up unlimited services, staff and locations, give each team member their own working hours, breaks and days off, and let clients pick a time through a step-by-step booking wizard that works on phones, tablets and desktops.
The theme suits hairdressing salons, massage centers, nail studios and other wellness businesses. Pages are edited in Elementor, so you can change colors, fonts, styles and layouts without writing code. Pre-built pages cover services, pricing, gift cards and portfolio work, and a team profile builder gives each stylist or therapist a dedicated page. Clients can log in to view their booking history, update their details and cancel bookings, while automated emails keep both clients and staff informed.

Questions about Lotus Spa
Can clients book appointments online with this theme?
Yes. The theme works with the MotoPress Appointment Booking plugin, which provides a step-by-step booking wizard that works across devices. Clients choose a service and time, and they can also log in later to view their bookings, update details or cancel an appointment.
Can I manage several staff members with different hours?
Yes. You can add unlimited staff, each with their own working hours, breaks and days off. Appointments can sync with staff calendars, and automated emails keep staff informed about their bookings, which helps a busy team stay organized.
Does it support group sessions as well as one-on-one appointments?
It does. You can offer both individual and group bookings, and each service can have its own duration and booking capacity. That makes it workable for a single massage session as well as a class or group treatment.
Do I need to know how to code to customize the design?
No. Lotus Spa is built with Elementor, so you can change colors, fonts, styles and layouts visually. It also includes pre-built pages for services, pricing, gift cards, portfolio and team members, which you can edit to fit your business.
Is Lotus Spa free?
The code of Lotus Spa is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Lotus Spa is this?
Version 1.2.2, released Jul 11, 2023. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Lotus Spa?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Lotus Spa automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
