What it does
Service businesses that take bookings online often handle payment somewhere else, which means chasing clients or juggling two systems. This add-on brings Square payment processing into the MotoPress Appointment Booking checkout, so a client picks a time and pays on your website in one step. Payments run through the Square API, and Square's security approach includes PCI compliance and ISO 27001 certification. Clients can pay with a credit card or a Square gift card, and they do not need a Square account of their own to do it.
Setup happens inside your existing booking system and needs no coding. Beyond appointment payments, the add-on lets you sell digital and physical gift cards through Square, with Square's design options for customizing them, and you can add Square's gift card purchase page to your site's navigation menu.
