Email alone is easy to miss, and many clients check text messages far more often. This addon brings Twilio SMS into your existing MotoPress Appointment Booking setup so clients get confirmations, cancellation notices, payment alerts and reminders on their phones. You can also send promotional messages. Each message can be scheduled for a chosen number of hours or days before or after an appointment, which helps clients remember their bookings and gives you control over when they hear from you.
The plugin works inside your booking system rather than as a separate tool. You pick a sender option, such as your own verified Twilio number, a Twilio-issued number, a Messaging Service SID or a shortcode. Message templates are editable and use automated tags to fill in client names and appointment details. Alerts can go to admins, employees or phone numbers you add by hand. A country code list helps clients enter phone numbers correctly, and SMS logs plus a test feature help you check that messages are going out.
