What it does
Many payment gateways send donors to another site to finish paying, which can feel unfamiliar at the very moment someone is ready to give. Give AmeriCloud Payments keeps the full donation on your website. Donors type their card or bank details into your GiveWP form and complete the gift without being redirected, so the experience stays consistent with the rest of your site and your cause.
The add-on works inside your existing GiveWP setup and comes with a certified merchant account, so you do not need to arrange a separate one. You can accept major credit cards and electronic checks, take gifts from donors around the world (for US-based organizations), and manage payments through a virtual terminal, monthly statements and transaction reports. Your site needs SSL and HTTPS enabled to protect donor data during checkout.

Do I need GiveWP to use this add-on?
Yes. It is built only as an add-on for GiveWP and works inside your existing GiveWP donation forms and settings. Without GiveWP installed and active on your WordPress site, the gateway has nothing to connect to.
Will donors be sent to another website to pay?
No. Donors enter their card or bank details directly in your donation form and complete the payment on your own website. This keeps the giving experience consistent with your site from start to finish.
Which payment methods can donors use?
Donors can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club credit cards. They can also give by electronic check through ACH if they prefer to pay from a bank account.
Can organizations outside the United States use it?
