What it does
Many donation setups send donors to a separate payment page, which can feel disjointed and makes some people hesitate. This add-on keeps the whole process on your site. Donors type their card or bank details into your GiveWP form, and the payment is processed through Authorize.Net behind the scenes. It works with the major card brands, accepts international donors, and includes fraud checks such as address verification and card code verification to help protect each transaction.
The gateway fits organizations that already use the GiveWP donation plugin and want Authorize.Net as their processor. It handles one-time gifts as well as recurring donations on weekly, monthly or custom schedules, which suits groups building ongoing donor programs. Logged-in donors can save their payment details for future gifts. Keep in mind that your organization needs to operate in the US, Canada or Australia to use it, although your donors can be located anywhere.
