What it does
Checking a WordPress dashboard every day to see how donations are going gets old fast, and real-time notifications for every gift are easy to miss or tune out. This add-on takes a calmer approach. It collects your GiveWP donation statistics and sends them as an email report on a schedule you choose, whether that is daily, weekly, monthly, or a rolling 7 or 30 day window. You get a regular snapshot of fundraising activity without having to log in.
Each report covers total amounts raised, the number of donations and a breakdown by individual donation form. That per-form view makes it easy to see which forms are bringing in gifts and which ones might need attention, such as new wording or better placement. You can adjust what the reports contain and choose who on your team receives them, so board members, staff or volunteers can stay informed. It is built specifically to work with GiveWP and fits into an existing GiveWP setup.
Best for
- Nonprofits running donation forms with GiveWP
- Fundraising teams who want regular updates by email
- Site admins reporting donation results to boards or staff
