What it does
Credit card and payment gateway fees quietly take a share of every online donation. Over a year of fundraising, those small deductions add up to money your organization never sees. This add-on gives donors a simple way to cover that cost themselves. When they fill out a donation form, they can choose to add a little extra to offset the processing fee, or you can apply the fee automatically if that suits your approach.
Because it is built for GiveWP, it requires the GiveWP plugin and works inside the forms you already use, with payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal. You decide how fees are calculated, as a percentage or a flat amount, and you can set rules globally, per gateway or per form. Custom messages explain why you are asking, and reports show how much has been recovered. It fits nonprofits, charities and fundraising sites that want more control over net donation amounts.
